The Notebook, a book adaptation from author Nicholas Sparks, (A Walk To Remember, Dear John) I was impressed with this, because the story itself was well done, and the leading roles portrayed Ali and Noah very well. There were a few plot-holes here and there, and some dialogue may be a bit to sour or overdone. But overall The Notebook is a smart tearjerker with a   modern day fairytale ending that actually works!
