I don't know why I hated it so much. Maybe cause i was so exited had it starring Johnny Depp; but, no. It was so lame, and boring, and everything there looked s dirty!! I mean the main plot is a lizard man becomes the sherrif and help the town get their water back. TERRIBLE! Watch at your own risk.
