Pokemon: The First Movie

SCORE: 12/100

Aside from tempting underaged audiences that Pokemon are real, this may be one of the funniest movies I've ever seen! The plot is that some strong Pokemon named Mew, is cloned hence the birth of an evil MewTwo. MewTwo has then held a tournament to attract strong Pokemon trainers as a trap to clone their Pokemon and to make an army of stuffed toy aliens. (Some on the other hand are really cute) Then when the Games begin, MewTwo strats spewing out overblown ridiculous dialogue like"Your knowledge in Pokemon physiology proves worth as a...etc" and the original Pokemons being called 'fossils'. Apparently MewTwo has psychic powers, and the place where they do battle in this movie looks just like a tennis court with no nets. Then as they do battle the silly lines start to come out, such as "Charazard, use your speed instead of strength" and cliche's like "A Pokemon's true strength comes from his heart!"Not to mention the slow, dull action sequences. Eventually this movie slowly ends with a borderline Offensive twist as an ending in where characters start saying ridiculously dumb friendship speeches and some stupid slogan that goes like "Team Rocket signing off again!" For series fans/children ONLY.
